Rohit, aged 12 and hailing from Uttar Pradesh, India, suffers from osteogenesis imperfecta, commonly known as ‘brittle bone disease.’ His case is one of the most severe, where even the slightest touch can cause one of his bones to break, leaving him unable to engage in play like other children.
Rohit’s condition has not only resulted in frequent bone fractures but has also stunted his growth. At 12 years old, he weighs only 15 kg and stands at a height of 17 inches.
